Brown Recycled Plastic Round Pile – 2.5m x 200mm
Strong, sustainable and built for demanding environments, our Brown Recycled Plastic Round Piles offer reliable support for marine and construction projects. Measuring 2.5 metres long with a 200mm diameter, these durable piles provide an excellent alternative to traditional timber piling.
Ideal for jetties, pontoons, boardwalks and waterfront structures, they offer outstanding resistance to moisture, rot and marine organisms. Furthermore, their robust construction makes them suitable for demanding coastal and freshwater environments.
Ideal for Marine and Coastal Applications
Our recycled plastic piles provide dependable support for a wide range of marine and waterfront projects.
For example, they’re suitable for jetties, moorings, pontoons, raised walkways and other structures requiring strong foundations.
In addition, their resistance to seawater makes them particularly useful in tidal and coastal environments. Unlike timber, recycled plastic doesn’t suffer damage from marine borers, including destructive shipworm.
As a result, these plastic marine piles offer a long-lasting solution for challenging waterfront locations.
Durable, Rot-Proof and Weather-Resistant
Traditional timber piles can deteriorate through prolonged exposure to water, moisture and marine organisms. However, our recycled plastic piling resists these common causes of damage.
The material won’t rot, splinter or absorb water like untreated timber. Moreover, it withstands saltwater, frost and everyday outdoor exposure without requiring protective wood treatments.
Consequently, these maintenance-free piles can help reduce ongoing maintenance and replacement costs.
Sustainable Recycled Plastic Construction
Our round piles use high-quality recycled plastic, providing a sustainable alternative to conventional piling materials.
By choosing recycled plastic, you can reduce demand for virgin materials while supporting the reuse of plastic waste.
Furthermore, the material doesn’t require chemical wood preservatives to protect against rot or marine borers.
This makes recycled plastic piling an attractive option for environmentally conscious marine, landscaping and infrastructure projects.
Suitable for Hydraulic Installation
Our recycled plastic round piles are designed for hydraulic driving into suitable ground or seabed conditions.
This makes them a practical choice for marine construction, waterfront installations and structural support applications.
However, pile length, ground conditions and expected loads must all be considered during project design. We recommend obtaining appropriate engineering advice before installation.
Available in Grey and Brown – 2m to 6m
Our Recycled Plastic Round Piles come in two colours, grey and brown, with nine different lengths.
Choose from 2m, 2.5m, 3m, 3.5m, 4m, 4.5m, 5m, 5.5m and 6m. All standard piles have a 200mm diameter.
Additionally, 250mm diameter piles are available on request.
Whether you’re building a private jetty, commercial pontoon or coastal boardwalk, our recycled plastic piles provide a durable solution.
