Delivery Information

• Shipping times are currently 2 < 6 weeks. Please give us a call for a more accurate time estimate.
• Many of our products are delivered by large vehicles – if access to your property is restricted, please let us know in the Order Notes.

Returns Information

1. The Plastic Company’s liability in respect of any defect or failure of the products supplied or for any loss, injury or damage attributed thereto is confined to making good by replacement or repairing and defect in the products themselves arising from faulty design or workmanship on behalf of The Plastic Company.
2. The Plastic Company’s liability is further limited to defects reported to them in writing within 14 days from the date of despatch of the products by The Plastic Company.
3. The Purchaser will assume responsibility for the products being of sufficient suitability and quality for the Purchaser’s purpose.
4. The use of recycled materials can cause variations in the products, especially colour variation, effervescence, overflow ridges, pores, shrink holes and surface fissures, in respect of which The Plastic Company accepts no liability whatsoever.
