Brilliant product and customer service.  Ordered a picnic table which was delivered within days, and meticulously put together on site.  Great looking and solid product that has a 20 year guarantee, so although more expensive than the wood versions we have had previously, will save us money in the long run, has zero maintenance, and love the fact it’s from recycled bottles! I rang The Plastic Company with a rough idea of what I needed, and Steve was incredibly helpful right from the start. He made thoughtful recommendations and even guided me through the options online while we were on the phone. The quote arrived the same day, and the benches were delivered the following week! Delivery and setup went perfectly. The gentleman who brought the benches was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was placed exactly where we needed it. Due to their size and weight, the benches were assembled on-site and ready to use within half an hour. The quality is outstanding—really sturdy and clearly built to last. We added an overhang to the table so it could comfortably accommodate prams and wheelchairs, which was a great option. These benches will get plenty of use in our garden for many years.
