Collections:

Manufactured and stock items can be collected direct from our workshop near Ivybridge, Devon from Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Please inform us in advance on 01752 426600 to arrange a collection.

Delivery Vehicle Access & Unloading:

Deliveries are made on the understanding that clear vehicle access is available at the delivery address. Please let us know in advance if there are any access restrictions. Goods will be delivered to a suitable and safe unloading area. If no suitable unloading area is available, the customer will be responsible for moving the items from the kerbside to a safe storage location. Delivery is kerbside only and does not include moving items into rear gardens or through buildings.

If access or surfacing is not suitable, or if access is restricted, we strongly recommend that you are present at the time of delivery so you can unload the pallet at the kerbside and move the items safely.

Some of our larger products are very heavy and oversized, with certain items weighing over 200kg and measuring up to 3.6m in length, including picnic tables and palletised deliveries. These items may require a forklift or telehandler to assist with unloading at the delivery address.

We use our own Mercedes flat-bed truck for smaller deliveries (up to 9 picnic tables or park benches). Larger orders are delivered via national pallet networks or specialist vehicles, such as low-loader or curtain-sided trucks. These vehicles are typically refuse-lorry sized or larger and may require tail-lift access to offload. Please consider narrow roads, tight turning areas, low bridges, or restricted access before ordering, and inform us of any issues in advance to avoid failed deliveries or additional charges.
